Honours at inter school culture fest

In the spirit of the above thought, students of Pre-School and Pre-Primary participated in an inter-school competition, Goenkan Wonderfest Cultural Fiesta 2020 held virtually by GD Goenka Public School, Sarita Vihar on 19 December, 2020. 

The virtual rendezvous aimed at providing young learners with a platform to discover and showcase their flair and talent in the creative and performing arts,to build  confidence and encourage them to work independently.

Our tiny tots participated in events named Rhyme Time, Emotions Count, Dress and Tell, Christmas Platter, Nature Gallery and many others. These were designed keeping age appropriate skills and techniques.

It is a matter of great delight to share that Syed Ziyan of PS Sparrow secured the Third Position in the event,  ‘Rhyme Time’ where he performed a rhyme with actions on ‘Seasons’. Kathleen Kaur of PS Sparrow secured the Second Position in the event, ‘Emotions Count’ in which she made a spoon puppet using a wooden spoon and depicted emotion through an emoji. Shreyansh Paul of PS Bulbul secured the Second Position in the event, ‘Christmas Platter’ where he assembled a nutritious salad based on the theme, ‘Christmas’.

To showcase their talent, our tiny tots spared no effort. This fiesta offered a platform to our young learners to challenge their own skills in a positive competitive spirit.
