Fathers' Day celebration in classes Pre school to 2

"A father is neither an anchor to hold us back, nor a sail to take us there, but a guiding light whose love shows us the way."

The Indian School-Second Shift celebrated Father’s Day on 18th May 2024, creating a memorable and joyous evening dedicated to the special bond between fathers and their children. The celebration kicked off with a warm welcome to the dads of our students from classes Pre School - 2 , who were visibly excited to spend a fun-filled evening with their children. The event was meticulously planned with various activities and performances involving the students.

The occasion featured engaging fun games specially organised for the fathers, bringing out their competitive spirits and ensuring laughter and enjoyment all around. Prizes were awarded for the best performances in the games, adding an extra layer of excitement.

The highlight of the event was the delightful performance by the young students. The little ones from Pre School and Pre Primary presented an energetic dance medley, captivating the audience and bringing smiles to their fathers' faces. Following the dance, the Pre Primary students sang, "I Love My Daddy," with heartfelt emotion, touching the hearts of everyone present. The students of classes 1 and 2 sang melodious songs that resonated with the audience, showcasing their vocal skills and love for their fathers.

Adding a personal touch to the celebration, the children recorded personalised messages for their fathers, expressing their love and gratitude. The creativity of the students was on full display with handmade cards and painted mugs, lovingly crafted by the Pre primary students to surprise their fathers! After the performances, the little students gifted their dads with small handcrafted tokens of love, further cementing the special bond they share.

A photo booth was set up, allowing fathers and their children to capture the joyous moments and create lasting memories. 

The event concluded with refreshments, providing an opportunity for everyone to relax and enjoy the evening together. It was indeed a great evening, filled with love, laughter, and bonding, making Relationship Day a grand success and a cherished memory for all.
