An inter-house math quiz, MATHEMAGIC was organised on 30th October 2015 for classes 1, 2 and 3. Students from all the 4 houses Jupiter, Venus, Mars and Saturn participated enthusiastically. Quizzes like this one, helps to assess the mathematical skills, proficiency and aptitude of the students. Thus we have incorporated these as an integral part of our academic curriculum.
[gallery link="none" ids="5797,5798,5799"]The quiz was divided across 4 levels, level 1 for class1, level 2 for class 2, level 3 for class3 and level 4 for all classes together. All the rounds were keenly contested. The final round hogged the limelight as it challenged the in-depth knowledge of the students and was based on logical reasoning. Then came the turn of the eager audience- the prompt minds offered spontaneous answers with delightful alacrity!
The competition was tough but in the end, the most exciting challenge was won by Jupiter house. Jupiter House took 1st position with an outstanding performance. The 2nd position was taken by Venus House. The the 3rd and 4th positions were taken by Mars and Saturn Houses, respectively.
