Annual Exhibition Report 2024
The Indian School - Second Shift hosted its Annual Exhibition on 31 August 2024, providing a platform for students from classes I to X to showcase their talents, creativity, and knowledge across various subjects. The exhibition was graced by the School’ Vice Chairperson, Mrs (Dr) Nayana Goradia, Governing Board member, Ms Brinda Shroff, SMC member Ms Neena Maini, Headmistress Ms Sanjeeta Roy and members of the PTA. The programme began with a welcome song, 'Swagatam', presented by the School choir. The exhibits for classes I-V were displayed in their classrooms, while the auditorium was filled with projects and holiday homework by classes VI-X.

The Language Department ( English, Hindi, and French) showcased creative and engaging projects. English projects included vocabulary walls, grammar games and a live enactment of "Little Red Riding Hood". The language corner for classes VI-X featured literary games, interviews with students portraying famous authors and literary interpretations.
The Hindi Department featured games and performances focussed on vocabulary, grammar, and the health benefits of Indian spices, while the French Department highlighted French culture through 3D models of famous landmarks and a sustainable fashion exhibit.
Mathematics and Science Departments
The Mathematics Department presented models on topics such as smart cities, mental math, and body mass index (BMI) calculations, along with interactive games that integrated art and math. The Science Department displayed innovative models on environmental conservation, including rainwater harvesting and biogas plants, with students preparing nutritious food as a part of the exhibition.
Social Science and Physical Education Departments
Social Science exhibits featured water conservation models, human evolution, and the impact of global warming. In Physical Education, posters of Indian Olympic athletes, a yoga and meditation corner, and interactive games promoted physical well-being and injury prevention.
