A Day of Learning and Joy at the School Eco Park for class 9

"Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better." — Albert Einstein

On January 24, 2025, 25 students of class IX embarked on a delightful recreational and educational trip to the School eco park. The excursion was thoughtfully planned to blend fun with valuable lessons on sustainable living.

The journey started with a lively bus ride. Everyone sang songs, played games and enjoyed the beautiful views of the Aravalli Range in the distance and rural life along the road. Upon alighting at the park, they were amazed by the lush landscape and tje the colourful fauna and flora all around. The serenity and the scent of nature felt like paradise. They also saw different types of farm animals.

The best part was exploring the life size science models in the park. Students had fun learning through hands'-on activities. They saw an optical illusion model that showed how light works, Newton’s Cradle that explained motion, and parabolic structures that demonstrated how sound reflects. There were also concave, convex, and plane mirrors to understand light better, along with 'cool' 3D models of salt and DNA structures. Everyone was excited and curious while engaging with the exhibits.

One of the trip's highlights was harvesting fresh vegetables. Students excitedly picked their own produce, their joy evident in the way they carried bags brimming with vibrant veggies to carry home. Their hearts were as full as their vegetable bags, radiating happiness and pride.

The trip was a wonderful break from regular School life. It gave the students a chance to connect with nature, bond with friends, and learn in a creative way. Everyone returned with happy memories and a better understanding of sustainable living.
