Video conference with a Hungarian primary school- class 4

Skype sessions provide our students a wide platform on a global level to interact with their peers all over the world and learn about each others unique heritage. The students of class IV happily engaged in an exciting skype session with the students of Balatonboglr Primary School in Hungary on 24 April, 2018. The class 4 children prepared a skit on a story namedRupa and the Sparrow. They spoke about the need to end plastic pollution, the observance of Environment Week at School and the reasons why sparrows are scarce in Delhi nowadays. They had prepared to play kahoot (game) as well. The students of the Hungarian school presented a PPT to introduce their country and its salient features. Our town is small but beautiful, is what they proudly declared! There are two sets of hills- Chapel Hills and Castle Hills, they said. During the summer holidays plentiful tourists visit this beautiful town to enjoy its views. The adventure park on the hills is a fantastic attraction for children. After morning lessons at school, students play the flute, the saxophone or guitar, they explained. The session ended on a happy note with a promise to connect again and explore more about each other.
