Teachers Day celebrations, 2017
The Indian School-Second Shift celebrated Teachers Day on 5th September, 2017. Students of classes 4,5 and 6 presented a memorable show for their teachers as a token of their appreciation and gratitude.
The hour long programme started at 12:30 pm in the auditorium which was decorated with warm wishes as messages and strings of colourful balloons. There were performances by the students that included a dance, a skit and a game for the teachers.

The children welcomed the teachers with a song. The dance saw the participation of several students. The songs selected were very catchy and got the teachers tapping too! The students had strung together numerous clips of stills and videos of memories made at School and which will tightly bind them to their dear teachers forever. The teachers were expectedly overwhelmed!
The students also presented a delightful role play of a teacher reminiscing the early days of her teacher career. It was beautifully written and enacted and many an eye was moist by the end.
The teachers were very touched.
