Students of class IIIA conducted a special assembly on 9th July 2019 on the theme Being Human. Advaya welcomed the teachers and students and spoke about the importance and responsibilities of being a true human being.

[gallery link="none" ids="20314,20313,20309"]Thereafter, the class teacher, Ms. Nilanjana Chatterjee, played the song Aye Mere Mann and encouraged everyone to sing along with it. Then, a motivational video on the things that money cant buy eg. love, compassion, happiness, laughter, time, peace, health, truth, true friends etc was screened. Children expressed their comprehension of the videos content through discussion. Also, they shared their experiences of situations where they had extended their helping hands to the needy. As human beings, we must protect Gods beautiful creations. So, they made a pledge to love and care for all living creatures, cooperate with each other, plant more trees and save water and energy. These qualities they reiterated are the real attributes of being human.
The children presented a group song on cooperation and walking together in their mission to serve humanity. The assembly concluded with the national anthem.
