Skype session with Taiwanese peers

“A good relationship starts with good communication.” - Unknown

On 17 December 2021, the students of class 5B along with their class teacher, Ms Kanika Batheja collaborated virtually with the students of Er Chong Junior High School, New Taipei City, Taiwan, China and their teacher Ms Claire Wu.

The students of both the schools were equally excited. The Taiwanese side greeted us bow and this was warmly reciprocated with a Namaste. Soon after, the two sides played Mystery Skype trying to acquaint each other with their geographical setting.

Once the ice was broken, Daksh Chaudhary proudly shared a presentation about our School. He talked about thr various activities and programmes. Followed by the presentation was a story narrated by  Yogeshwar Rudraditya Singh. His story acquainted students on the other side about India and her diverse culture.

To take the stride in introducing their country, the students on the other side of the screen made a detailed presentation about their city and school. Both sides were eager to know about each other even as they got more familiar. A reluctant bunch bid goodbye as they promised to meet again. Ms Wu thanked and appreciated our students for their fluency in the English language.
