Once upon a time …..with a Russian teacher

On 1st August 2019, the students of class III had a compelling and enthralling Skype interaction with a Russian teacher of English, Ms. Inessa Dayanova. The ongoing Literary Week summoned the story telling session.
The students of class III-B narrated the story ‘the Kids’ Club’ and stated the moral of the story. Ms. Dayanova appreciated our kids and in turn shared some interesting facts about Russia in a presentation,. She described the natural vegetation, climate, and habitat.
The students were very responsive and enthusiastically interacted with her about where in Russia she is located, how long the winter lasts there and what all do people do there to earn money. They were also curious to know how the Russians kept themselves warm in the extreme cold.
The session exposed the children to a less familiar part of the world as well as technology to connect with it.
