Skype sessions provide our students a wide platform to interact and learn from peers all over the world. This time the interaction was about festivities and cultures. The students of class 3 collaborated with the students of Instituto Marymount Roma, Rome, Italy on 19th December, 2018 to wish each other Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

The session started with a warm festive greeting followed by thanking each other for the personal Christmas cards exchanged between students of both the schools prior to this session. Our students enthusiastically sang a medley of Christmas carols like Joy to the World, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and several others for the guests. They dressed as Santa and reindeers with Santa caps and a Christmas tree! The students on the other side also sang beautiful carols. It was a moment of joy when both the schools sang the carol We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year together, filling the air with festivity!
Students of both the schools shared how Christmas is celebrated in their respective countries. The story of Christmas was also shared by students of the guest school.
The session concluded with a promise to maintain this friendship and collaboration in the coming year too!
