Inter house competitions on the occasion of Republic Day
On Thursday, 22nd January 2026, School buzzed with patriotic fervour as the students participated in an Inter house competition to commemorate India’s 77th Republic Day.
Orgaised by Mars House, the series of events provided a vibrant platform for students across levels to showcase their creativity and reverence for the nation.
Our youngest students, from Pre school to Class 2, participated in Flavours of India. Using vegetables to match the tricolor, the children prepared healthy sandwiches, focusing on neatness and creative presentation. It was wonderful to see the budding chefs practising excellent hygiene while crafting their edible tribute.
In Classes 3 to 5, the Voices of India competition brought history to life. Students spoke eloquently about our freedom fighters, with several participants dressing up in costume to match their chosen heroes. Their speeches highlighted the courage and values that shaped our country.
For Classes 6 to 8, the Colours of India poster-making competition allowed for artistic expression. Students worked on themes such as Unity in Diversity and India of My Dreams, using vibrant colours to illustrate their vision for a bright future.
The competition ignited enthusiasm and camaraderie between the houses, underscoring the values of national unity and heritage. The winners are as below.
These moments filled our hearts with pride, honouring the legacy of our motherland.
