In the spirit of the above, the students of classes 1 to 8 of The Indian School-Second Shift participated in Vidyani Vibes 2021, a virtual inter-school competition hosted by Navrachana Vidyani Vidyalaya, Vadodara, Gujarat on 22 and 23 January 2021. The competition was conducted via Microsoft Teams and witnessed the participation of more than 20 eminent school of the country.
It featured eight competitions that focused on various skills like dance, music, language, oratory, enactment etc. The competition was well designed to provide an opportunity for pupils to mingle successfully and hone their intrinsic abilities.
Our students participated in various events like Comicdom, Dummy Talk, Shake it off, Speak n Write…Pronto!, Folk fiesta, Covimic strip and Crack the code.
Katyayani Mishra of class 2 secured the Second Position for Comicdom, wherein she created and enacted a comic act by talking to Shakespeare in a satirical manner!
The students got significant opportunities to collaborate on a digital platform with their peers from other schools. It was a stimulating learning experience for all students and teachers.
