As a part of Environment Week celebrations, our School organised an engaging Inter-House Competition for the students of classes 3 to 5 on 6th July 2024. The theme of the event was “Green Up”, aimed at promoting environmental awareness and encouraging students to adopt eco-friendly practices.
The competition featured a quiz designed to test the students’ knowledge of environmental issues, green practices, and individual roles in protecting the environment. The quiz was marked by intense enthusiasm and accuracy, with students from all houses participating with great energy.
The competition was a resounding success, with all four houses demonstrating exceptional teamwork, creativity, and a strong commitment to environmental stewardship. The event not only fostered a spirit of healthy competition but also instilled in students a sense of responsibility toward protecting our planet.
At the conclusion of the event, Jupiter House emerged the winner. Special congratulations are due to Khushi (4A), Aayush (4A), Dakshana (5B), and Kiaan (3B) for their outstanding performances. The event underscored the impact of young minds in shaping a sustainable future and left every participant with a heightened awareness of the small steps they can take to “Green Up” their lives.
