Ganesh Visarjan at TFS

The Ganesh Visarjan ceremony was recreated at School on 5th September 2017. A handcrafted clay image of Lord Ganesha was carried aloft in a procession to the cries of Ganapati Bapa Mourya and drumbeats, by a large group of enthusiastic children dressed in ethnic wear and matching step to song! The procession wound its way from the auditorium, through the corridors to the makeshift pool of water where a single image was immersed as a token of our concern for the environment.

The narrator on the occasion was Ms. Rajika Dixit. The clay image of Ganapati was lovingly sculpted in School by our Pre Primary department.
