Class 4B collaborates with peers at Israeli school

Collaboration allows us to know more than we are capable of knowing by ourselves. – Paul Solarz

On December 29, 2021, the students of class 4B along with their English teacher Ms. Neelima Oberoi, participated in an interactive session with Ms Karine Tsabari and her students at the Yeshurun School in Holon, Israel.

The session commenced with welcome greetings from both ends, followed by an interaction amongst the students about their schools and hobbies.

Our students described the famous heritage sites to visit in India and showcased their artful presentations and videos. The guest teacher was very appreciative when Ransher Sharma spoke about the Taj Mahal. She conveyed how much she looks forward to an opportunity to visit this wonder of the world.

The Israeli students were mesmerised by the beauty of Kerala when they were shown a short documentary by Modabera Aftab. Suryanshi Mishra, Arnav Dubey, Gaurav Mahanta along with their peers spoke about other monuments like the Gateway of India, the Red Fort, India Gate etc. Sahar Alam stole the show with a beautiful model of the Qutub Minar made by her.

The students on the other side of the screen also shared details of the famous places to visit in Israel through presentations. Our young Indianites were enthralled to see the Eliat, the Dead Sea, Timna Park, Masada and many more.

The inquisitiveness to know more about each other at both ends was very welcoming.

The session ended with a promise to meet again and share more knowledge in joy with each other.
