The students of class 3C collaborated with Ms Hoa Lan and her students at the Hoang Van Thu Primary School in Lao Cai City, Vietnam on October 29, 2021.
The excitement was infectious as the students on both sides greeted and introduced themselves. It was a delight to see the excitement amongst the students to learn and observe how Halloween is celebrated in Vietnam. The students showcased how they dress up as ghosts, vampires, zombies, and witches and participate in several activities along with their teachers.

Our students narrated stories such as Happy Halloween, Our Little Ghost etc. related to Halloween and impressed everyone with their oratory skills.
The session greatly helped in developing listening and observation skills amongst the students. It was also an introduction to a new culture and the students lapped up the opportunity!
It was a good experience for our children where they learnt about the culture of a new country on a virtual platform.
