Christmas carols with peers in Rome
Skype sessions provide our students with a wide platform to interact and learn from peers all over the world- their festivities and their cultures. The students of class 3 collaborated with the students of Instituto Marymount Roma, in Rome on 19th December, 2018 to exchange Christmas greetings and sing carols together.
The session started with a warm festive greeting followed by thanking each other for the personal Christmas cards exchanged between students of both the schools by post, prior to the session. Our students enthusiastically sang a medley of Christmas carols like Joy to the world, Rudolph the red nosed reindeer and others. They were dressed as Santa and reindeer with Christmas trees as a backdrop!

The students in Rome then sang the carols they had prepared. It was a moment of great delight when both the schools sang We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in unison, filling the air with festivity and camaraderie!
Students of both the schools shared how Christmas is celebrated in their respective countries. The story of Christmas was also shared by students of the guest school.
The session concluded with a promise to continue this friendship and collaboration in the coming year too.
