Annual Adventure Camp at the School Eco Park
On 17th March 2026, the students of Classes III to VIII of The Indian School- Second Shift embarked on an exciting and enriching adventure camp at the School Eco Park. The trip was organised with the objective of providing students with a blend of recreation, physical activity, and opportunities to develop confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills.
The camp offered a wide range of thrilling and engaging activities. The students enthusiastically participated in adventure-based challenges such as zip line, artificial wall climbing, Burma bridge, commando net, double trouble, rope climbing, Tarzan swing, rope ladder, spider web, net crawling, and tyre crossing. These activities encouraged them to step out of their comfort zones and build resilience.
In addition to these, fun-filled attractions like the zorb roller, trampoline, and bouncy castle added joy and excitement to the day. Students also explored their precision and focus through archery and the dart board activities. A tent demonstration was organised, giving students an insight into basic camping skills and outdoor living. The obstacle and rope courses were particularly effective in boosting confidence and problem-solving abilities.
The camp was a perfect blend of adventure, learning, and enjoyment. It provided students with a memorable experience outside the classroom while promoting physical fitness, courage, and teamwork.
Overall, the Adventure Camp was a great success and was thoroughly enjoyed by all participants.
