Adventure Camp, Pre-primary and Primary, held on 17 March, 2015.

The students reached School excited and filled with anticipation, just the apt ingredients for the adventure that was about to unfold before them!

The school field was transformed. A large commando net, flying fox, rope ladder, trampoline and Burma bridge were carefully set up at selected points. The children in their sports uniforms were led by their teachers to assemble on the playground, where they were divided into five groups. Each group along with their teacher headed towards one adventure sports' activity designated per group on the playground. The organisers patiently explained the activities and their importance. The activities were designed to overcome fear and enforce discipline in the little ones. Most of the students recognised the equipment and also shouted out their names in delight! The girls and boys were equally energetic and it was extremely heartening for the teachers to see that children carefully observed discipline even as they attempted to better their classmates.

A packed lunch of paneer rolls, a banana and fruit juice reinforced their sapped energy levels and they were soon back on the field for the final round of activities which lasted until 3.30 pm. It was a fun-filled and power- packed day for the students and their teachers. It seemed to have invigorated the students who had a new spring in their step.
