Dear Parents,
Please note the following essential guidelines for attending the Annual Day event on 14th/ 15th December'24.
1. Entry Requirements: The Parent ID Card is mandatory for entry. Please ensure you carry it with you alongwith the invitation card. Entry will not be possible without this mandatory identification requirement for security reasons.
2. Invitation Card: The invitation card admits only two persons. If you are unable to attend and a close family member wishes to attend in your place, he/ she/ they must carry the Parent ID Card.
3. Security: For security reasons, please carry only a small wallet/ small purse. No bigger bags will be allowed inside.
4. Transportation: As mentioned earlier, we recommend using public transport or carpooling to minimise traffic congestion outside School. This will also enable you to arrive and exit more easily and will also help us to manage the area better.
5. Dispersal: To ensure a smooth entry and exit, please adhere strictly to the staggered timings mentioned in the previous notice for entry /dispersal from the respective gates.
Kindly exercise patience especially at the time of dispersal for the safe handing over of every child by the teachers. Avoid rushing forward to pick up your child. This puts the other children at great risk. Please remember that we have to cautiously handover over 1,400 children on both days. Therefore your patience and support is critical for us to achieve this. Let the process be a comfortable and calm one in the interest of the safety of all.
