Kindly complete the form shared below for the purpose of CBSE registration (2023-24). Alongside this, you are requested to fill out a Google form link sent by the respective class teacher. A photograph of the child (guidelines shared below) has to be attached in the same form. All the data should be shared with the class teacher latest by 14.08.2023.
Guidelines for submitting a photograph of the student:
1. The photograph of the student should be taken in school uniform.
2. In full colour and of high quality to avoid any visible pixels.
3. A recent photo, taken within the last 6 months.
4. Candidate’s name, last name and date on which photo was taken is to be mentioned in the picture.
5. Child's head must be positioned directly facing the camera, centred and should compose 80% of the image. The photo should capture the candidate from slightly above the top of the hair to the middle of the chest.
6. Eyes must be open and looking at the camera. Glasses must not be tinted unless worn daily for medical purposes.
7. A natural expression – smile allowed.
8. Subject (candidate) is in clear focus and distinguishable from the background. Solid colour backgrounds are best.
9. Full face must be visible.
10. Scan the photograph and save it as a jpg file.
11. Passport size should be within the 35 kb limit
