Dear Parents,
As per our tradition, we will organise annual day this year, based on the School theme for 2024-5, 'I am the Change I want to See'. It will involve a rich mix of drama, music and dance. Tableaux based on the theme will also be put together and presented by the children.
In fact the entire School will resonate with manifold levels of new learning based on the School theme, which, as we know, is a consciousness that we must build in our young citizens of tomorrow.
Team work, confidence building and time management will get silently ingrained in the students at all levels, as the exercise proceeds.
The entire process of an annual day, is thus a magnificent opportunity to discover and demonstrate the diverse talents of each participating child.
1. The date for annual day is the evening of 14th December 2024. If the participating numbers are very large, we will plan a second performance on 15th December.
2. Practice sessions will be scheduled during school hours.
3. Parents of the participants will be invited to view the show.
4. Whilst we strongly recommend that all the children participate for the memorable experience and learning that the occasion will provide, however, please note that participation is entirely voluntary.
5. Auditions will commence shortly. Those wishing to participate, will need to deposit a parental consent slip and the costume charge with the class teacher by 19 October'24.
6. Participation is open to the students of all classes.
